Boost complaint..

After 1.5 hours back forth 5-7 calls from boost to insurance yesterday.. attempting to report stolen phone..

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING !!

Have insurance on stolen phone as ed by boost.. denied by insurance co.

My line have had with boost 20 years was suspended today..

After paying $40 (per phone agent) yesterday.. today was required to pay another month on STOLEN (2nd line) phone to have my service restored!

Not prejudice.. not racist..

But cannot speak with an American Clear-English-speaking person.. CANNOT understand unclear English-speaking persons..

Not a cursing person.. but was before I got my phone turned on..

Boost owes for $47 credit.. plus amount for mental anguish..

Would think phone company would know importance of CLEAR COMMUNICATIONS between employees customers.. 🥴

Was worst experience EVER! Sometimes getting same agent over and again. 🤬

Suggested solution:

Credit my account $47 plus amount for mental anguish.. get records straight with insurance company or don't take money from me for insurance option.
