My complaint:

When I switched my number to Boost they offered me an addl line for $10 more a month. When I received the SIM cards. I called boost to let them know I didn’t need the addl line. She told me I Neva had to do anything since I never activated it. So when I got my bill I was charged 2 x 25.00 n my bill is 51$. I called several times to get credited for the phone I never activated or used all I need is the line credited back to my account. This is crazy the customer service is lacking. Y would I pay for something I’ve neverused

Credit me for the 2 Ns line I’ve NEVER ACTIVATED OR USED
