My complaint:
I paid my bill on May 5th inside boost mobile store cash and they turned my phone off may 10th I have been calling every day about the situation and they keep telling me they submitting tickets and wait 24 hrs but it have been a whole week and on May 15th I call again and they said go back to the store and ask for a refund but the person said they can’t refund me my money back. So I called customer service again and I spoke to a guy name Aron and he said give him 5 hours my phone will be on and that’s about 8:00 pm that day so now my phone is still off so now I’m gonna take this action a little further because yall took my money and didn’t have no reason to why my phone is off
Suggested solution:
Restore my service ASAP or action will be taken.
