My complaint:
I paid $105 for 1year of service on 22 April 2023, they suspend my service on 25 may 2023 and I was not able to make or receive calls no data. I was contacting customer service every through call,chat and even visit their store to solve the prob as I am loosing my contacts and communication. But no one solve the issue till 6 June.
My phone was not working for 16 day so I ported out my number due to worst service and mental harassment by boost mobile.
Now they are not refunding my $105.
Suggested solution:
I paid $105 and I want my money back.
