My complaint:

Online order of 16 pro max. Called immediately upon email receipt. Told to wait til order ed. Upon order ation was told it was too late. Send phone back when phone was delivered. Impossibly difficult to wait for this as need line. Went to store, but store has no inventory.

Suggested solution:

Executive call me simply to affirm 16 pro being sent I will return max.
