My complaint:
I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the cancellation and refund of my recent round-trip flight booking through your website.
Despite my attempts to contact your customer service via phone, I have been unable to connect as the numbers provided seem to be inaccessible. Additionally, my emails have received automated responses instructing me to call the customer service number.
To provide context, I took the initiative to contact Indigo directly, and they have ed the cancellation of my flight. The refund, however, has been processed and directed to your platform, as I initially booked through your website.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that the refunded amount is expedited to my account. Indigo has assured me that they have already initiated the refund process on their end.Your urgent attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

Suggested solution:
Booking.com should refund my amount they received from Indigo which is Rs 4,426 to my account or the credit card i used during the booking.
