My complaint:

We made a booking for a stay in Liverpool via booking.com , paid via booking.com but began being constantly harassed by that Company demanding payment (knowing we had already paid booking .com) . I have since explained I want to cancel the booking due to the constant harassment and clearly poor communication and lack of clarity between booking .com and the company but I will not be paying the cancellation (due to the harassment we received by the company ). Booking .com have washed their hands of me and say there’s nothing they can do even though it was their fault in the first place !

Suggested solution:

Cancelled my booking and wavered the cancellation fee,
