My complaint:

Booked hotel for night of April 21st. Few hours later found I no longer needed the room. Canceled and was given cancelation ation. Week later, I called to ask for my refund and was told it could take 2 weeks. Now it’s over 2 weeks and no refund. My cancelation is 3494576390. Pin code 6420

Suggested solution:

Refund my money immediately!
