Booking.com complaint: My credit card used for payment that i didnt do

My complaint:

Dear Sirs,

This is URGENT!!!!!

Your organization has deducted EUR 1,178.10 from my credit card 3 hours ago without my permission, noting that I haven’t used booking.com for several years. I contacted my bank and they ed that the payment made is under booking.com, However I didn’t make any reservation nor received any email from your side for such transaction which proves that I didn’t make such reservation.

Please refund this payment from my credit card number 5237 9014 as soon as possible.

Appreciate your quick response and taking this matter as of utmost importance.
