My complaint:

I have been with Booking.com for years and when I recently booked through them again with this particular hotel called LaQuinta Inn it was the worst nasty, filthy, and disgusting experience I’ve had with a hotel for 11 straight days. They had bed bugs in their rooms, the ceiling was leaking in the room that I was placed in as well and the rooms were stinky, not properly and correctly cleaned by housekeeping as well. I got bit up on my body parts(arms, forehead, legs, and back) by bed bugs and when I asked them how are they going to compensate me for these horrible manifestations they refused to compensate me anything. This type of hotel should not be allowed to be in business at all. When I also reported my experience to Booking.com they reached out to this hotel and they still refused to compensate me anything so then Booking.com says they’d compensate me 50% back of my money that I paid the entire stays that I was there. I stayed there from September 6,2023 to September 17,2023 and Booking.com lied every time, the Supervisors refused to get on the phone and communicate why they’re lying every time, and they never chose to keep their word, serve justice in this matter, and they even disabled my account. I was supposed to be refunded $500 back of what I paid for 11 straight days at this filthy, nasty, hotel and never was. Booking.com as well needs to be shut down and no longer in business for their wicked wrongful choices as well.

Suggested solution:

Refund me back the 50% of what I’ve wasted like they said they would which is $500.
