My complaint:
I had a very rude women in split when I went to collect the rental car she refused me, I had all the relevant documents. I’ve made a complaint against her an Avis. Avis have said they haven’t received the money and it is with booking.com. I’ve rang and emailed booking.com but they are refusing to give me my money back. The lady on the phone wouldn’t put me through to anyone else, I asked to speak to a manager and was refused.
Suggested solution:
By given me a refund as this wasn’t my fault and I was refused a refund and the car rental.
