Booking.com complaint: Bed bugs ,mould!

My complaint:

Hello!
I had booked room in London for me ,mum and auntie!When we arrived the guest house was look totally different then on pics also I book on booking 3 separate beds I got ation for that the owner of that guest house refused to give me that we had only 2 beds in room also horrible mould in bathroom i got asthma and lung cancer I couldn’t accept that also that room was in some kind of shed (not like on picture)!When I ask him for third bed he told me i have to pay extra !I called booking and next day he give as better room whit 3 beds but whit the bed bugs everywhere!!!When I call owner he change our room but the bed bugs was everywhere!I called booking they say the need to ask owner of property to refund our money but he refused!!We leave that guest house 2 days early and I have to book another room for our stay i paid again !!!Booking was seen another one messages to the owner but he refuse money again!The problem is booking didn’t do anything whit this liar owner he had 2100 reviews and every one say the same mould no beds and BED BUGS everywhere!They should ban his property for renting !Only what they can tell me at the moment I need to wait!

Suggested solution:

I want my money back and some recommendations for what we are getting through!!!And I want booking to remove this anchor guest house from renting
