My complaint:
We rented a hotel for 3 nights (ation number 3232.214.334) at ibis budget Lyon Sud St Genis Laval, France. When we arrived it was midnight and the AC was broken (we were in the middle of the summer). We managed to stay for the first 2 nights but It was impossible to be there for another night as it was too hot. We checked out at mid day and of course ask for refund for the last night. It has been 2 months and nobody give us any answer about the case
Suggested solution:
refund us for the 3rd night we didn't stayed at the hotel
