My complaint:
I paid the xcover insurance money while buying the ticket from the booking company because I was sick and after I had to cancel my ticket due to the relapse of my illness, but the booking company told me that you should discuss with the xcover insurance and I did that. And they told me that you need to cancel with booking first, but exactly one month later, when my flight date was rejected, the booking company replied that you should have canceled with us, which I said, I have been doing this for a month!
