Booking.com complaint: add not accurate

My complaint:

Although the accommodation name is homestay the add itself indicates that this is private Suit of 3 bedrooms (more like a guest house that also was mentioned by owned over phone). we booked that for 1 month and when our employees arrived to the site it was 4bedroom house where 3 bedrooms are rented out and house is shared with owner (older lady).
that wasn’t indicated in the add itself.

Suggested solution:

we would like to have refund for the whole stay. we didnt use any night of that stay and paid 8000 euro for it.
