My complaint:

i reserved a flat on 21st april for one night in france beech area on in those flat pix the blankests and bedsheets were clearly shown but after reservation the property owner sent me text that we dont provide bed linens so if you want to cancel you can cancel we will give you 100% refund.
i contacted with and they asked that we cancel your booking.and the bookimg was was the evening time and reservation was last evening this process the time passed and i couldnot find any hotel or flat in that area due to late check in so i spent all the night with my kids in car…that was horribl night with 4 children under 9 years i spent the whole night in car…beside this the 14 days passed and i still didnot get refund.

Suggested solution:

they should give me refund as per property owner promis.
