Booking.com complaint: Genius status

My complaint:

I made the required amount of bookings to be on level 2 yet when enquiring with the customer service team, i get no joy at all.

I was told on the 20042021 that I need to wait 10 business days which had passed to no avail.

I enquired with the Customer Service Team today (05052021) however, no response has been received, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Suggested solution:

Change my status to level 2 as i have made the required amount of bookings as per the following communication sent :

Dear Smith,
Thank you for choosing Booking.com.
We can understand that you are still waiting for some days regarding the status change to Genius Level 2, but it is on the process, and we ask you to wait more 10 working days. Until this deadline you should receive the Genius level 2 status.
We apologize for this delay and wish you a very pleasant week.
