Booking.com complaint: Reimbursement monies paid

My complaint:

Booked accommodation at Ingenia Motel in Queensland on 15220 paid $414.00 son advised accommodation already booked near them at North Lakes was previously advised by Ingenia they were only accommodation available at North Lakes. Booking done through booking.com who I contacted to cancel and was advised they didn’t have the money it was with Agoda an associate of theirs and I would need to contact them. The reference number is 269167907 hotel ID 409628. I have attempted to contact Agoda who do not answer personally only message bank left message to contact me urgently have not received any reply to date. Am on pension and urgently require funds to be reimbursed to me.

Suggested solution:

By reimbursing the monies paid forthwith.
