My complaint:

Flight got cancelled 8 days prior to the trip planned for over 1 year and Booking.com did not offer alternative and has not refunded me yet. I’ve been trying to contact them but every time there is no solution and it seems they will not refund a flight that they cancelled and I had to find an alternative flight for twice the price

Suggested solution:

By refunding me the flight they cancelled and made my life a nightmare
