My complaint:

hi, i had a reservation through booking.com and paid it integrally. when we get at the accommodation, the place was very dirty all over the place, i have photos to provide. i have contacted the host and she was very rude iand said if i don’t like, i can leave. i have contacted booking. com and explain the situation and they said that not to worry at all as they will handle the situation and i will get my money back. i have asked the operator what will happen if host refuse to cancel the reservation and again they said that booking will give me the money back. now after 4 days i didn’t get my money back and contacted booking. com to ask about situation and they told me that host refused to cancel reservation and i cannot take my money back as they paid the host , while my complaint was in place, and now i have to ask the host for the money, in condition that i made a reservation through booking. com. all booking operators are not helpful at all and allso cut my calls when i call. thanks
