My complaint:

I booked a round-trip flight with booking.com that was provided by Air France airlines on December 2021 and just 15 minutes later, I got to know that there are cheaper prices on Air France directly, so I called customer service and they assured me if I cancel my trip, I will be refunded but they will deduct just 2 euros. The whole price was 118 euros. I canceled my flight on booking.com and booked my ticket with Air France directly. It is 8 months after I canceled my booking but still I didn’t get my refund. I called them multiple times and they just tell me that I have to wait because Air France still didn’t refund them! I am receiving 15th of every month an email from them stating that my refund case is still waiting for Air France’s ation.

Suggested solution:

Make them process my refund.
