My complaint:

I booked a hotel with booking.com. I got a call from the hotel advising you overbooked. There were no rooms available for that date. I called Booking.com was told I would get a refund in a week or so. It’s been over 2 weeks no refund.

Suggested solution:

you should give me my refund.
