Booking.com complaint: Genius Status Booking not recognizing

My complaint:

There is absolutely no one to contact about a booking we completed that is not showing up on my status. We are close to Level 2 and I want the reward shown so we dont have to book again for a 6th booking!
No customer support is frustrating. Only complaints they allow are about the hotels themselves.

Suggested solution:

Give me someone to talk to!
