My complaint:
your lorries park across my drive and on pavement blocking access and egress of 4 vehicles, totally unacceptable and illegal.
Suggested solution:
retrain your drivers in aspects of legal responsibility of their actionsor non actions as to why they pose a threat to pedestrians and private property access.
