My complaint:
On the 12 March 2021. I had a fall outside the ladies toilet. I tripped while coming out as my heal caught on the step tripping forward. I sustained injuries of torn ligaments in my left foot and a sprained ankle to my right foot. I was of work for six weeks. Had to receive physio and was unable to ware shoes so had to buy ankle support and saddles to ware. The 24 November was the first time I was able to ware a pair of shoes. I was promised by the manager of ipswich bookers that I would be contacted. But never was. No apology was given and at the time I had to ask for a first aider and asked that it be documented for future reference. I await your reply.

With compensation and an apology.
