My complaint:
I buy my shop stuff from Booker , whenever I buy stuff I usually use my car to carry that due to small size of car I keep things inside and it’s cover or packaging material inside the trolley ( roughly 2-3 bags ). But they argue with regarding this , they embrace me in front of others I don’t like that , two times they banned me to enter in the Booker even it’s a duty of manager to discuss this with me but the employee over there misbehave with me , I own shops and restaurants over a10k grand spend there in a month and they behave like shit to me , I’m not bothering this at all now I just want to file a complaint against them
Suggested solution:
This is the duty of manager to discuss these issues with me not the workers over there when I ask for manager no one there and they stop me in front of other im not fool . I have self respect
When i said I will not leave these in the trolley then why they stop me again and again
Its really shameful , that they don’t respect their customers
