Binance complaint: Transfer to WISE

My complaint:

I made a transfer 89.80 to … however, the bank does not work with cryptocurrencies and they automatically returned the money to the BINANCE account, however, they do not transfer the money back to me, I cannot contact them for a week
they have no feedback or customer service just some automated program and nothing

Suggested solution:

they have to transfer my money to the BINANCE account
