Binance complaint: Do not send Matic to your Binance Wallet

My complaint:

Binance gave me an address to send my Matic Tokens to and later claim that I tried to send Matic to an Eth address. All my Matic has vanished yet the transaction can be seen on the Matic blockchain. They could very easily send my funds back to my Matic wallet but they refuse to help.
Customer service is non existent, ask you to send a video under 30mb’s describing the whole situation, log in log out, show passport etc, unless you have software to reduce the size of the video good luck with the process.
If you finally manage to shrink the video file, they have no knowledge of the transaction. I have been told all my savings are gone, yet they hold the wallets security keys and refuse to help. They simply pocket your money and turn a blind eye.
Very disturbing business approach by these gangsters, its an impossible task to get in touch with them.

Suggested solution:

I spoke to Matic and Metamast, they both agree that they could very easily send my investment back to me. The exchange support executive has access to the account's private keys, they can transfer the funds from their account on Matic to my address on Matic.
Yet they would rather keep my money and ignore this ever happened
