My complaint:
I had purchased some crypto from them and entered the wrong ach information and they had emailed me to inform me that my trading and withdrawals were blocked until I updated my account info and deposited the funds which I did. According to there support once that happens it will be unlocked and I would be able to trade and withdraw again. It has been 10 days now since I put in a ticket to support nothing has changed on my account. No way of really reaching them. As I read on it seems like Binance is a scam and now I might have to purse legal action as there systems incompetence had already costed me $2,000. My money is stuck there and I have no way of pulling out even though my account is fully verified and they accepted and withdrew the correct deposit. This is my second ticket now which is 121614. They should not have this wallet available if they don’t not have proper customer support.
Suggested solution:
I want my trading unlocked so I may remove my crypto and take my business elsewhere.
I’m also having the same basic issue. I set up ACH transfers and was able to make several deposits until I tried to make a deposit when funds hadn’t yet posted to my banks checking account. That must have caused some kind of safety alert to their system and now Im locked out. I opened several tickets but just get automated responses, one suggesting I delete my ACH and setting it up again which I did several times to no avail, even tried using a different checking account.
