Asked my friend to sign up and trade. I send him the link copied from the referral program:

Friend clicked, signed up and started trading heaps. The looked into my friend list and commissions earned. Guess what? Zero. 0 BNB. Nada. Where are all the promised commission. Tried explaining this to support agent. She promise she will investigate and fix. But after almost a month. Still nothing.
Seriously, they should try investing in support team. Go to Manila or India and outsource. Lot of people need $$ to survive this pandemic. And you guys are doing nothing? And just ignore the obvious bottleneck of unsolved complaints errors. And we are seeing BNB value soar to the moon. Something is just not right!!
Suggested solution:
They should start linking my referral to my profile and backpaying me for missed commissions.
