My complaint:
I tried buying USDT on Binannce p2p platform from a trader nickname OLAMERCY. on Sunday 4th April 2021. The value of the USDT is 230,000 Naira. At the time of transaction there’s problem with bank payment, so I thought the transaction is not successful, even though my account is debited it will be reverted. But after two days it doesn’t revert and I contacted my bank which they ed the status of the transaction as successful. So I got hold of the USDT’s merchant contact and I reached out to him and explain. He asks for the evidence of the transaction which I collected from my bank and forward it to him. There after ask me to send my account details which I did. All this happened between us on Thursday. Now it’s four days, yet he didn’t refund my money.

I'm seeking refund of my money and compensation for the list of revenue I incurred by his intentional and unjust holding of my funds
