My complaint:
I had a pending order on doge coin at 0.3000 which didn’t trigger when the proce dropped below and did not trigger. I have attached an image from coindesk to show what the low price was, I can not attach an image of what time I place my order as it will not allow me to add more than one image this has resulted in over a 33.3% loss and counting
Suggested solution:
Honor the order at the price I had originally set it to instead of manipulating the prices
