Binance complaint: False claim of failed deposits

My complaint:

They sent an email saying I needed to cover a failed deposit. So I did, with the same amount of the original deposit. Then I see that BOTH deposts were withdrawn from my bank account, Nothing failed. Now they aren’t showing the additional deposit and have restricted my account from any coin withdrawals. They are holding my money hostage for their own errors!!!

Suggested solution:

Unrestrict my account and let me withdraw what I have purchased. These dishonest business practices will ensure I will never use your site again.
