My complaint:
In January twice and febuary, as markets dropped I received a email about my positions been close to liquidation, on all 3 occasions I tried logging onto binance but unable to as the website was down, this happened to numerous peolple, seems to be a regular occurrence when markets drop dramatically then binance goes down, so my positions were liquidated and I wasn’t able to make a stop loss
Suggested solution:
I'm not asking for all my money back as the markets dropped and I would have made a loss but I want a partial refund
