My complaint:
On April 7th 2021 six withdrawals of $480.00 were fraudulently made from my HSBC account in favour of Binance.com(company which I have no dealing with). This was accomplished by using my debit card details, obtained by an online scam which I failed to spot.
On my account each withdrawal is numbered as follows: the first 8 numbers are identical: 00473739 followed by 18 thru to 23.
Suggested solution:
I was ed to this theft by the HSBC fraud department, who are investigating. However they are very busy, so I would be grateful if you could investigate immediately and freeze the funds pending the outcome.Thank you for your assistance.
