My complaint:
I first created Binance account with my mobile number. Then few days lates i was trying to add my email ID with existing account but ny mistake new account was created with email Id. Now i had 2 different acocunts. But then i requeated Binance support to delete my acxount. They mailed me whole process to delete. I did it right and account was deleted sucesfully.
Then i was able to add that email IId into my exiting account too.
Few days later (23March 21) when i tried to directly transfer my 1.22 BNB crypto coins from wazirx to Binance… They transfered sucesfully from Wazirx but at Binnance end.. I am still waiting. I contacted Binance support so many times. But they said that they received 1.22 BNb from wqzir but into another deleted account. Which is not my fault. If i was able to deleted that wrongly created account. And Binance mailed me too for sucesfuly deleted account.
I only want my funds into my account.
Suggested solution:
Binance can just authenticate me and my account. Then thay can easily transfer my 1.22 BNB into my account. As both wazirx and Binance are now same companies. And thay can cross check me and my acocunt history.
I am attaching transfer screenshot of wazirx in which they have mentioned Reference ID. As they did not mentioned any TXid. But reference id is also enough to cross check.
