My complaint:
Finetero set up an account with binance and as a result I transferred a sum of money through to binance £7,500 which they then accessed from the account. When I tried to get it refunded I couldn’t get access to the account
Suggested solution:
Under legislation this should be repaid back to me on a claw back claim
