My complaint:
I’ve been trying to withdraw funds from my account since late April 2021. I keep getting the same message. Withdrawals suspended due to risk management. I thought that I needed to make a deposit, so I did.
Suggested solution:
Release my funds so that I can close my account.
I had the same problem. I have been trying since January 2021. I sent binance all they asked for to no avail. Then the other day it said I have 48 hours to withdraw my funds or my account will be closed and offboarded. Every time I tried to withdraw in the 48 hours I received the same risk control message. They are just a bunch of unethical jackasses.
