My complaint:
Hello, a few days ago binance restricted the access to my trading account without warning or notice, resulting in losing 5000 USDT due to open trades that I was unable to manage. I am a registered and verified user of binance for more than 2 years and now they just denied access to my account. I can provide screenshots from my chat with customer support and anything else needed.
Suggested solution:
I demand a refund of 5000 USDT, which I lost, due to open trades and being unable to manage them.
