My complaint:
Dear I get big problem
I m not sure but maybe someone tried to get my account and after that, it was impossible to go in.
I tried many time to contact Binance service but always said “we are busy now please keep doing to contact us.
Binance service does not work at all.
I tried many many time to change password and tried to send messages nothing change.
No contact from Binance service.
I have more then 3000 dollars.
Suggested solution:
I want Binance contact me by phone and trie to resolved the problem
I can give all information they need
