My complaint:
BinanceUS locked out my account June 13 and has been giving me the run around ever since. They recently told me it’s resolved but nothing has been resolved. I can’t sell, buy, or transfer any of my crypto currency. I submitted a request 1451623 on June 13. They say my account is negative but when I try to deposit cash into it, it always fails. They asked me to reverify my identity by submitting a video with my ID and a bank stahich I did. But it didn’t help and my account is still locked. They seem to be lying to me repeatedly.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account so I can sell or transfer my crypto currencies.
