My complaint:
I was charged 2 times while I was in Bulgaria, I paid a friend usdt and sent them to him, but it turned out that binance charged me 2 times in a small difference of 5 minutes in which they say I received my statement at least this shows in the system but usdt is not in I have been talking to the support for 2 days with my account and they only deceive me and waste my time, I asked them to count the bills in my account, how many are in and out but they don’t want to do anything but that they are right and they are NOT!
Suggested solution:
they don't reslove my problem ,just lose time and sending you to different teams
