My complaint:
I received a call on Monday the 1st of June 2021 at 20:43 from an individual stating that he was a manager from Lloyds Bank, his name being Mason Andrews. He stated that there has been illegal transactions on my account, 3 to be exact and he was wondering if I was aware of them. I said no and then basically I questioned the phone call. He then said that I could check the number from which he was calling which I did and it was indeed from the Lloyds Bank fraud line. The number being 0800 096 9779. He proceeded to complete a security check with me, exactly like the bank. He was also able to tell me my source code no, bank account no, my bank card no as well as the exact amounts in my cheque account and Standard Savings account. Thereafter I was confident that it was indeed the bank, then he proceeded again and asked me to go into my internet banking, as soon as I did he mentioned that I needed to have my card suspended and my account locked. In order to do this I was to move all my money into one account as he said they were compromised. I did what he asked, thereafter I saw all the transactions starting to come off one by one by one.
1. Binance for £3000
2. Bianance for £2,000
3. Crypto.com for £2,014.49
I was told by the bank to contact Binance in order to stop the transactions from going any further. Not one person has assisted me, I have been pushed from Pillar to post via a chat bot. I have given them authorization codes to stop the transactions, I have given them the last four digits of my card and yet still no one can help me. The transactions have officially left my account and i cannot get Binance to assist me, according to them they cannot source the transactions even with all the details I have submitted

Help me reverse these fraudulent transactions. I don't know how many times I have asked someone to contact me on 447487 647 748. I have sent through proof of the transactions, I have given them everything possible to stop this but yet nothing.
