Binance complaint: blocked withdrawals, poor customer service

My complaint:

After making a deposit from my bank to binance For USDT, I made two transactions of $1500 twice totaling US$3000, the funds left my bank account and in the notice center on the binance app said that the transaction was approved but I never received the US$3000 in US DT in my by Binance wallet.
I made a complaint to binance three days after this thinking it was just a transaction hold up. But the funds still never arrived. I then Addressed the situation formally through email and they failed to reply or noticed that there was an issue. I then contacted my bank and Made them aware of the situation and what had happened, I had screenshots of all of the transactions from my bank and on Showing the funds leaving my bank and that it was approved in the binance app but never received the actual funds even though I had received an approval notification.
Fortunately after 8 to 9 weeks my bank was able to refund me the funds that I had lost.
But just recently when trying to withdraw some of my crypto now three months after the initial issue I have found that there is been a block on my withdrawals because of this situation, but was still allowing me to deposit money into the account not knowing that it was going to be trapped there!
binance Is now saying that I need to deposit $3000 into my US DT account to be withdrawn by them because “supposedly” they say the funds did arrive when they have no proof of this and I’m out of pocket $3000 and they want to take it again. Not only that but they have still got a hold on all withdrawals of my account, and customers support is basically nonexistent, I’ve been trying to get in contact with them and have been on their online support chat trying to get this situation sorted for over five days now! It’s beyond a joke I can’t use my own money and feel like it’s being held hostage. And the only way to get it back is if I give up another $3000 that they already took for me before hand.

get in touch with me asap, remove the block and let me use my crypto
