My complaint:

Binance has “temporarily” frozen my account for a month now. In effect, stolen it.
I joined Binance in Oct 2017 bought some crypto and after the big drop in 2018 did nothing until this year in April when BTC started to rise I started buying BTC and ETH. I have never made a sale or withdrawal from Binance.
I am fully verified with Binance and allowed to sell a max of BTC in a trade,
On 5 May 2021 when BTC was over US$58000 I decided to do a P2P sale of BTC around US$ 6000. I followed the procedure and on the last click up popped a notice that I was suspended from making withdrawals due to Risk management.
I have contacted Binance by chat many times since. I have submitted all documents that they have asked for including login Video. They reply occasionally by email with a link to the conversation and the case ID. Within a day or so the link no longer connects and the conversation is gone. They keep replying with different case numbers and I have to start all over again.
I was 74 year when I joined Binance but they frequently make the response in their reply to me that they do not allow people over 70. Irrelevant and no reason to freeze my account. Their information on the page after login re “temporary” is that it is for not more than 24 hours,
I have committed no violations of their policies and Binance has in effect stolen my assets whilst the value has dropped around US$10,000.
The following was my last Chat message to Binance today 3 June 2021:
Joeblunden@hotmail.com, User ID: 10956656, Binance Support Case ID 72439405, Binance Support Case ID 72981825, User ID: 10956656, You have frozen my withdrawals for almost a month. I have sent all the documents and video requested by you and you don’t respond after. Instead, you removed the conversations from the emails that you sent me. In effect you have stolen my money and are playing with me.
I need your assistance.
Regards, Joe Blunden
