My complaint:
Hello,
I have created my Binance account with an initial discount on trading fees of 20%. It was indicated in the application panel as I was signing up.
Then I also have used the option of BNB discount of 25%.
The second one is well reflected, while the initial discount of 20% is not reflected.
Suggested solution:
Could you please correct this issue for my existing account. It must have 20% of discount on trading fees from the moment it was created.

P.S. I am sorry, but I haven't taken a picture of the dialog panel from my signing up when I have done it, the one which indicated a 20% discount. I simply didn't expect any issues. I didnt even notice that the initial discount is not considered untill just now. But here is the picture of that same dialog panel I get if I try to go through the sign up procedure right now. It indicates the 20% discount.
