My complaint:
I purchased bitcoin from Binance on October 30th. The $1000 ACH cleared my bank on Nov 2nd. Binance disabled my account on Nov 1st. I provided more than adequate ID to unlock my account and get a refund. They are not working with me to give me a refund and are making unreasonable requests. FaceBook is flooded with negative comments about them and the BBB has several complaints and bad reviews.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund of my $1000
