Binance complaint: Holding my assets

My complaint:

I have assets on Binance US, about 4k. For whatever reason they blocked my account, without ever telling me the reason why. Its been 2 weeks, I have already sent them all videos and documents they have asked me for and so far all that I hear from them “it is being reviewed and you will get an email”
Is that even legal to hold peoples money like that for absolutely no reason? I just want to withdraw my hard earned money!
