My complaint:
Hello,
I have made a refund of an purchase I made with the binance card amount of 1606,99€.
I made a refund and i have returned the product on 02122021, and binance won’t give me my money back
They only put excuse that the merchant didn’t made the refund, and that not true I provided them the refund ticket,
The bank authorization number , the is of the transaction and still they saying there’s no refund, I have proofs
Suggested solution:
I need my money back
