My complaint:
Since friday 14th I can’t buy any crypto at Binance, beside having my account fully verified and did many purchases before that date.
It looks like my account is blocked in some way that I cant understand why.. and I dont have answers from Binance Support.
I tried several times to buy any crypto since Friday and I was able to buy ADA successfully on Saturday 15th but only that.. the rest, still unable to purchase.
I also tried to appeal to Binance but that doesnt work also, it gives me an error that I cant submit the Appeal.
Suggested solution:
Well I suggest looking into my Binance account at first and see whats going on
My bank told me I have all permissions to use my debit card or any virtual card and there is no blocks from my bank.
So the problem is all about Binance..
